Our client provides organizations with a comprehensive human risk and security awareness portfolio, enabling them to effectively manage their human cybersecurity risk. With a clear focus on driving organizational culture and behavior change, the SSA portfolio is a dynamic product portfolio with significant growth trajectory and potential for fun, innovative product, and feature launches. We are seeking a product manager to own the Cyber Risk Assessments product roadmap and work collaboratively across SSA business, sales, engineering, and marketing leadership to enhance our assessment and risk dashboard and reporting offerings. The ideal candidate possesses a balanced mix of technical aptitude, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of delivering high impact business results in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Define the roadmap for Cyber Risk Assessments product line.
Evangelize the Cyber Risk Assessments product line in support of sales and marketing activities
Define product requirements, working with design, development, and content teams to prioritize and deliver optimal user experiences and release iterations
Identify opportunities to grow the Assessment product line revenue with sales, business development and marketing partners
Manage key partner and vendor relationships, roadmap requests and feature releases
Lead buyer and competitive discovery, understand customer pain points, and synthesize insights on how we can best solve some of those big customer problems
Develop success metrics for product releases and deliver successful product releases per the metrics
Partner with marketing and product marketing to effectively develop and deliver enablement program and product marketing assets
Coordinate release activities, timeline and project plans to bring products to market

Skills, Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product driven businesses
5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years building and launching consumer products
Experience launching data products
Experience defining data visualization that meet customer needs
Experience with content and learning design, specifically learning outcomes derived from content-based learning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
Experience working with Agile software practices or Lean principles
Comfortable working in a virtual organization with some travel, when re-instated
Fluent in English, particularly in written communications
