We are seeking a strong Product Operations Leader to measure and improve the customer experience across all aspects of the customer journey
Their Cloud Data Services platform provides a high-speed, low-latency data service infrastructure accessible from native cloud provider environments simultaneously. This allows volumes, which can scale to 10s of petabytes and hundreds of gigabits of throughput, to be accessed from multiple clouds, without moving data or making copies, enabling access to features and capacity across clouds, while simplifying environments. They continue to add additional capabilities on top of this core functionality enabling data movement, snapshotting, recovery, and more.
Job Summary:
Oversee Product Catalog and related SKU management across multiple distribution channels
Work with Alliance Partners to maintain SKU and Pricing
Develop KPIs across the customer journey to measure the Operations performance in delivering, maintaining, and renewing the company products
Identify Product defects and spearhead work groups to improve / resolve with the Operations and Development teams
Continuously improve Product documentation and keep documentation current for the Operations teams
Work closely with Operations teams to establish training curriculums for onboarding employees and ongoing education
Establish time and motion studies to precisely quantify the OpEx investment across customer interaction points
Working to develop Vendor Quote data repository with Procurement of vendor hardware configurations and cost metrics
Working with Product Management/Finance to develop business case assumptions for Alliance deal support
Develop product tools (FAQs, ROI/TCO analysis, use cases) in conjunction with marketing
Develop, measure, and report key metrics related to the product line, updating organizational stakeholders on progress and identifying areas of improvement
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years relevant work experience, including prior Product, Finance, or Operations experience
Fluent knowledge of Cloud technology concepts and competitive landscape.
Hands-on experience modeling Excel, formula creation and reporting tools.
An understanding of process re-engineering, business intelligence and developing workflow automation
Enjoys a transparent, high-communication environment
BS in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
