Position Summary: 

Design the next generation of User Experience for Cloud Data Services. Develop intimacy with customer and user needs to develop user experiences that bridge public cloud, private data centers, and managed services.


  • Develop User Experience and Interaction from vision through to detailed UI design
  • Research customer needs and elaborate key user personas

  • Develop storyboards and workflows for customer tasks

  • Develop wireframes and UI screen details for web portal interfaces for customers, administrators, operations staff

  • Communicate designs to local and remote development teams

  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with User Experience and User Interface design in agile software development

  • Web UI design and technology experience

  • Mastery of Information Design

  • Facility with design tools, e.g. Zeplin, Lucid Charts, Sketch, and pencils (the kind made from wood).

  • Proven record of effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders

  • Technical knowledge in key domain areas: cloud services, storage, networking, security
