I've been with Prodigy for over three years, and I love this company. I've learned a great deal during this time regarding what specifically makes a great Recruiter in our industry. I think one of the keys to recruiting is to avoid making assumptions regarding a candidate's expertise based solely on buzzwords or how many years of experience the candidate has to offer. Instead, I've personally learned to dive deeper into the problems the candidate is solving. This knowledge enables me to share a more holistic perspective on the candidate's background when speaking with our clients.
